Micah has been practicing law since 2006, having joined forces with her mother, Rhoda Daniels, in 2008. She attended college at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and obtained a joint M.B.A./J.D. through the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. Micah’s prior experiences include clerking for Stoll Keenon Ogden in their transactional practices and litigation departments, as well as an internship with Judge Raymond B. Ray, Federal Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida. While at Stoll Keenon, Micah co-authored an article with Thomas Rutledge titled “Who’s Selling the Next Round: Wines, State Lines, the Twenty-first Amendment and the Commerce Clause,” 33 Northern Kentucky Law Review 1 (May 2006) Micah is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. Micah’s practice now focuses on Social Security Disability law and bankruptcy issues.

In 2012, Micah married Matthew Golden, who works for the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office. They have three children who keep them entertained with their imaginations. In her free time, Micah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and furthering her extracurricular education.
